Legendary Weapon

Omg, they are implementing a legendary weapon for all the classes that can heal! It looks damn nice too, better than Turning Tide *drool*
The only thing is it seems you need to collect 40 fragments to finally get an item you turn in for a quest to receive it, so it requires alot of time and energy to collect all fragments. So it seems it potentially represents a problem in terms of loot distribution, considering the amount of time it will take to gain enough fragments for 1 weapon. Thus, many guilds will have to predetermine who will have the right to the legendary weapon beforehand regardless of loot system in place in said guild. I sense upcoming drama -.-

My friend says, "Ulduar is going to break up a lot of guilds" and I can't help but agree because right now the difficulty level of Naxx is even below that of Karazhan in TBC. When Ulduar comes out in patch 3.1, it will be a stark difference compared to EZ mode Naxx.

Despite me saying Naxx is easy, it depends on having a 25 consistent raiders logging on and following directions. Without that basic minimum, Naxx is impossible. When Ulduar comes out, it will be a gear check on top of harder hitting bosses and completely new strategies to learn (keep in mind that Naxx is the same strategies at level 60).

People are getting addicted to raiding because it is fun and easy, which is why Blizzard set Naxx's difficulty level so low. Ulduar is basically the first WotLK instance for the raiders and I expect most casuals not to be able to see a full clear, especially via pugging. At least not for a while.

In the meantime, Malygos and OS 3 drakes up will be the pinnacle of progression.

I can't wait for Ulduar!!
